New Collage, Mono Prints, Woven & Handmade Sculpted Paper | Maarja Roth

My technique is a collection of my Japanese tradition made paper, painted, cut, drawn and woven or sewed and collaged with mono prints. 

This grouping of work was done over several years. The work grew out of a wide variety of skills and my love of texture, fibers, details and subtle suggestions. It represents my journey merging techniques, philosophies, contrast and fluidity, along with the challenges and reverence I find in nature.
