In the Middle of Somewhere's modular steel forms embody the artist’s search for belonging. Working on human scale, Gonzales invites the viewer to enter the shelter-like form and contemplate their own capacity for transformation. Where do you belong and why do you adapt? Are you closer to or further from Somewhere?
