About the Artists:
Grover Hogan (b. 1999) is an American interdisciplinary artist, educator, and oracle from Houston, TX, currently based in Minneapolis, MN. Grover’s work combines pedagogy, esoteric trial and error, and personal narrative to bridge the gap between the individual and our collective American Shadow Self. They are currently a studio artist at Public Functionary and a ‘25/’26 Jerome Fellow.

Sage Phillips (b. 2000) is an oil painter based in Minneapolis who AUUUUUGHHH!!! AHHHHHHH! AAAAAAAUUUUAUUAUUUUGHHHHH! OOOUUUAHHHHHHHHH! HAHHHH! AUUUUUUUUUGHHHHHH!!!!! Graduating from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2022, they AUUUUUUUUUAAAAAAAA! AAAUGH! and have had their work exhibited at GGGGGRRRRRR!!! AAAAAHHHHUHHHH!!! GAH!
