Forma Clay presents a hands-on community clay day where we’ll create wares by pressing plants into clay and exploring the beautiful textures they leave behind.
Stop by Forma for our Community Clay Days! Free and open to the public, these seasonal events are a chance to explore all things clay in our studio. Check out the new work in our Forma Gallery, get your hands dirty in our mini class, enjoy sips and snacks, and make some new friends! Whether you’re a clay newbie or a pottery pro, there’s something for everyone. Register in advance to guarantee your spot! We will glaze and fire your clay creations and notify you when you can come pick them up (typically 3-4 weeks)! Find our studio at 812 W 46th St #200 free parking in the back lot off of Bryant (above Brasa!).
Celebrate the summer solstice with us and stamp… that… plant! Our next Community Clay Day is coming up on June 21st!
Join us for a hands-on clay day where we’ll press plants into clay and explore the beautiful textures they leave behind. Let’s celebrate the rich variety of plants growing in Minnesota — and maybe even in your own backyard!
Feel free to bring clippings from your garden, or use some of the mindfully sourced plants we’ll have available at the studio. Each Clay Day participant will receive a square clay tile you can turn into a coaster, spoon rest, trivet or decorative wall art!
Plus, there will be sips and snacks, and our new “Surface Stories” gallery show will be open. Claim your spot on this FREE day of fun at our studio!
