December Rhythm & Red feat. Matthew Gaulke

The two questions Matthew finds most valuable in art are: is it beautiful and is it unique? He feels that life provides enough ugly, and his art doesn't have to be. His hope is that when you view his art you feel a little wonder and excitement.

Since his last show in the Jungle Red Gallery his art has evolved. He has worked larger, played with distortions/exaggerations and started to combine pen and markers.
