David A. Amdur is a painter based in St. Paul, Minnesota, whose work features people coming together in parks, recreating in scenic landscapes, celebrating festivals, playing music, or engaged in political action. His work hints at narrative through movement, gesture, and expression. Bob Murphy of Roseville Arts has written: "Amdur’s paintings are rich in color and dynamic composition, drawing the viewer into worlds that are both familiar and deeply felt.”
