Alchemy of the Heart | Lori Lentz

Alchemy of the Heart, is inspired by antique suzani textiles from Uzbekistan-traditional wedding gifts embroidered by the bride’s female relatives. Their symbols of flowers and fruit speak to health, fertility, abundance, beauty and love—universal themes woven through much of my work.

Activating heart-based qualities like care, kindness, and acceptance boosts our personal heart coherence. This leads to less stress, better decision-making, and greater resilience. Our coherence radiates through our energy field, positively influencing those around us. Its proven benefits ripple outward, supporting both social and global well-being.
