Together, Daydreams, and Quiet Spaces

Light Grey Art Lab’s presents a series of exhibitions of beautiful and reflective illustrations and original artwork on nostalgia, longing, and meaningful experiences.

The Together Residency Exhibition, brings the Iceland and Norway Creative Residents back together (in spirit) to make work in response to their experience of travel and togetherness. The exhibition includes large format photographs, limited edition prints, original paintings, art zines, and books. The diversity of style, use of color, and format is a perfect representation of the residency dynamics -- bridging artists together from seemingly different worlds.

The Daydreams collection includes stunning, colorful, and experiential images of traveling through Japan. From riding the train in Kyoto to standing beneath the electric-colored ginkgo trees, the magical plum garden around Osaka Castle to scenic views of Mount Fuji, these illustrations capture a sense of sublime, wonder, and excitement. The limited edition prints are embellished with gold foil details.
