TOA Presents hosts two concurrent exhibition openings. 'Tapestry' features carved wood sculptures by Aaron Spangler and collaborative hand-woven tapestries created with Bruce Engebretson, exploring the tensions and mythologies of rural life. 'Neighborisms' features new works on paper by Julie Buffalohead, utilizing animal allegories to express solidarity with Twin Cities communities and document resistance against the tactics of Operation Metro Surge.
