Spring 2023 AFA in Art Capstone Exhibition

The Normandale Community College AFA Class of 2023 proudly presents the Spring 2023 AFA in Art Capstone Exhibition

Featuring the work of Andrew Klevann, Nayeli Martinez, Noelle Payne Miller, Ally Palmquist, Pierce Rowley, and Jesse Sayson, this exhibition is a showcase of their artistic achievements within Normandale’s AFA in Art program and through independent study. 

The Normandale Community College AFA Class invites you to join them in celebrating this achievement of technical and stylistic development composed of works in several mediums, including photography, digital rendering, drawing, painting, and sculpture. The exhibition explores a wide breadth of themes, including familial bonds, internal conflict, the fleeting nature of childhood, and explorations of nature as a source of beauty and refuge.

Opening Reception: Thursday, May 4, 5-7pm
