The collection chronicles the transitional nature of being. Taking its name from the sensation of fading away or slipping into nonexistence, Oblivion hopes to create a space that exists in neither heaven nor hell, exploring the feelings of existing within limbo, and what it means to forge a meaningful existence within the constraints of the inbetween.

Oblivion is the 5th exhibition curated by Camden Stevens. Featuring several original works from emerging artists Jack Boucher, Lynaea Russom, Maksym Khutorianskyi, Alondra Garza, Briannon Anglum, Emily Quandahl, Aiden Dillon, and J Snowbowl. Each artist and artwork has been carefully selected to explore what Stevens refers to as 'transitional textures'. Whether that be through Garza, Khutorianskyi, and Boucher's fuzzied renderings, Anglum’s double exposure charcoal drawings, or Quandahl’s reconstructed canvas works, the selected artists completely transform the Landmark Gallery into a world of individual experiences that create a stunning and cohesive representation of the middle. The full Exhibition runs from January 30th - February 13th by appointment, with a public opening reception Thursday, January 30th, 7:00-9:00 p.m. (CST)
