Legacy Glassworks presents glass art from Pinky Brewtz and visual art from Sig
Legacy Glassworks is proud to present "King of the Jungle" with work from San Diego glass artist Pinky Brewtz. Pinky Brewtz has taken the glass world by storm with his rapid ascension. Only a few years ago, he was an amateur artist with little name recognition. Today, at only 28 years old, he has become a household name. Pinky Brewtz is also one of the few Mexican-American glassblowers who have achieved international recognition. His work is heavily inspired by Mayan culture. This will be the first gallery show from Pinky Brewtz in the Midwest.
Joining Pinky Brewtz is local street artist Sig. Sig describes her work as "Toxic Pop-Art" and has shown her wares in galleries across Minnesota. She is inspired by nature and its interactions with modern society. Sig will be taking over the entire walls of Legacy Glassworks.
Due to Covid-19 "King of the Jungle" will have limited in-person attendance and also be live streamed. 15 people will be allowed in the gallery every half hour. Free time slots can be reserved at legacyglassworks.com. The live stream will begin at 7:10 CST on Legacy Glasswork's Instagram page (@legacyglassworks).
