Artists have always wanted to be different when it comes to expressing their art, which can be done through the use of colors.

Different colors can create a different mood for artwork. Mood means the feeling we get when we look at a work of art. Artists can create the mood by selecting warm or cool colors that remind us of emotions that they want in their artwork.

With regard to art, colors are used to portray the artist’s emotions to bring about certain emotions in the audience.

Gallery 427 presents 4 artists whose work use bright and bold colors to depict and describe the subject. Each artist utilizes their knowledge of color to portray mood, light, depth, and point of view in their art.
