The artists at the Flux Arts Building aren’t going to let a little construction on Lowry Avenue stop them from having a super fun Art A Whirl this year! The owner occupant businesses, Clay Squared and Potek Glass have just expanded into more of the building and their spaces will be welcoming visitors to do hands-on activities of sculpting with clay and fusing glass. Plus they have welcomed 14 guest artists into their space including painters, mosaic artist, doll maker, fiber artist and more!
In addition to all this the new upstairs tenants is the arts organization “Art to Change the World” where you can pick up a passport to participate in their new program “Passports on Parade”. Gather 10 or more stamps to be entered to win $500 worth of art from one of the 18 participating artists.
