Drawing Ghosts

Bailey Arend, from North Carolina, will be presenting new and recent works in Lacuna's main exhibition space. Arend's work literally and figuratively draws connections between ecology and the human form using time, constructed tools, and his own body. Bailey's work aims to help us develop a sense of "empathy with the elements," and will feature a short performance at 7pm sharp on opening night.

 

Erin Ethridge, also from North Carolina, will be installing new works in the Lacuna Project Space. Erin creates work that includes ideas of stories, bodies, and ecologies that form concepts of home and change.  She will be creating a performative, site specific work during her time in the Lacuna Project Space.
