Art-A-Whirl® takes place annually throughout Northeast Minneapolis, and Casket Arts is not to be missed. 100+ artist studios open their doors and show off their beautiful work: paintings, prints, sculpture, jewelry, apparel, accessories, books, and more.&nbsp;
And don't miss the Carriage House studios out back and Franconia in the City.
They'll also have food trucks. If you're thirsty, head down to the basement speakeasy featuring custom cocktails from Vikre Distillery in Duluth.

Over 140 artists and art-based businesses inhabit the Casket Arts Community. Most of its tenants run full-time working studios, but open their work spaces for First Thursdays every month as well as for Art-a-Whirl, Open Casket and many other exhibits and showings throughout the year.
