CAFAC x MSS Student Showcase

 Over the past several years MSS, Fresh Eye Arts & Gallery’s parent organization, has partnered with the teaching artists of the Chicago Avenue Fire Arts Center. Adults with disabilities who attend MSS, including some Fresh Eye artists, participated in a variety of classes including stained glass, blacksmithing, porcelain enameling, glass bead making, and metal casting.

Exploring these mediums was a brand new experience for many of the participating artists. We are excited for this opportunity to showcase the creativity and flair that comes from trying something new. We aim to bring this display to our community as a way to bring us together and celebrate learning.
