Featured Artists:

Elizabeth Coleman (Minneapolis, MN – Fellow): A sculptor whose narrative work explores how fragments of fairytales, myth, and popular culture allow her to tell coded stories of gender and sexuality.

Peter Jadoonath (Shafer, MN – Fellow): A ceramic artist whose career is marked by a deep commitment to the regional pottery community, creating "three-dimensional cartoons" that blend humor, absurdity, and story-telling.

Birdie Boone (Meadowview, VA – Resident): Creates simple and charismatic forms with evocative surfaces that address the significance of everyday domestic experiences and the balance between nature and nurture.

Uriel Caspi (Tilburg, Netherlands – Resident): Proposes an interplay between the revival of ancient Middle Eastern crafts and contemporary studio practice, utilizing large-scale sculptures and digital fabrication.

Suze Lindsay (Bakersville, NC – Resident): Focuses on altered pottery forms inspired by historical pots from Japan and Crete, creating generous, "jolly" pieces intended for daily use.

Sana Musasama (New York, NY – Resident): A humanitarian and artist whose work is deeply informed by global research into material culture and her advocacy for victims of sex trafficking.

Dorothea Nold (Berlin, Germany – Resident): Investigates the transformation of social and urban spaces through architectural forms, often responding to the socio-cultural contexts experienced during her global travels.

KyoungHwa Oh (Grand Junction, CO– Resident): Oh blends her background in fashion design with a connection to traditional Koryo Celadon to create contemporary work influenced by her Korean heritage.
