A Common Thread 2026
As part of Minnesota Handwork, and with Textile Center in it’s 32nd year, we’re celebrating with the A Common Thread member biennial!
A beloved tradition for 25 years, this exhibition highlights the remarkable creativity of Textile Center’s member artists and the versatility of fiber art.
More than 130 works throughout Textile Center’s galleries will showcase techniques including stitching, quilting, knitting, crochet, sewing, weaving, dyeing, felting, needlework, hand construction, polymer clay, lacemaking, basketry, beading, sculpture, mixed media and more – creating an exhibition rich in diversity and expansive in scope and perspective.
