2023 Sabbatical Exhibition

This exhibition and forum features MCAD faculty members Erik Brandt (Design), Jason Coyle (Media Arts), John Gaunt (Fine Arts), George Mahoney (Design), Stephen Rueff (Arts Entrepreneurship), and Piotr Szychalski (Media Arts) who are spotlighting projects completed while on sabbatical.

Sabbaticals are one or two-semester reprieves from teaching that provide full-time faculty members an opportunity to engage in new research and take on projects that they might otherwise not have time to accomplish. This Spring, seven MCAD faculty members will be sharing with the wider community what they accomplished over their sabbatical periods in the form of presentations and an exhibition in the Concourse gallery.
