In The Nature of Disappearance, artists reflect on the environmental crisis we face and the loss at stake. Human activity impacts ecosystems across the planet from ice caps to rainforests, causing nature to vanish at accelerated rates. These dramatic declines in biodiversity, habitat, and resources require immediate action. The work selected for this exhibition encourages viewers to recognize what we stand to lose and inspires change to preserve and protect what remains.
