Artspace Jackson Flats is pleased to announce the opening of Emotional Clarity, a solo exhibition of mixed media works by Minneapolis and Dallas based artist Brooklynd Turner.
Emotional Clarity will feature a selection of traditional and digital mediums. Turner’s works engage the viewer’s senses of sight and touch by featuring paintings, drawings, prints, and interactive textiles. Turner has created a synthesis of mediums designed to explore themes of communication, comfort, and compassion. Her highly detailed illustrations combine realism with abstraction, and provide context for the playfully embroidered fabrics.
