On Fertile Ground: Native Artists in the Upper Midwest
On Fertile Ground is the third and final segment of this regional exhibition and provides a comprehensive overview of 45 Native artists from Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Featuring work from: Cannupa Hanska Luger, Dyani White Hawk, Gwen Westerman, Andrea Carlson, Jeffrey Chapman, James Autio, Chholing Taha, Dwayne Wilcox, Keith Brave Heart, and more.
Opening reception: Friday, November 4th, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Exhibited artists will introduce themselves and their work at 6:30 pm.
Appetizers and beverages will be served from Powwow Grounds Coffee Shop featuring music from local and Native DJ Rawskillz. Please come and celebrate with us!
