The Saint Paul Art Collective produces a vibrant tradition &ndash; the Fall Art Crawl &ndash; that&nbsp;energizes creativity in St Paul. We are celebrating our 25th Anniversary on October 14,&nbsp;15, and 16 and invite&nbsp;you to join us. The event is free and open to the public.
